Following their stint on the ground-breaking television show MONTY PYTHON'S FLYING CIRCUS, then husband-and-wife team Cleese and Booth wrote and acted in the wildly successful FAWLTY TOWERS, a program that followed the bizarre adventures of a bumbling blowhard hotel owner (played by Cleese), his demanding wife (played by Prunella Scales), and their level-headed, infinitely patient, and intelligent cleaning woman (Booth). This volume collects the scripts from all the show's episodes--it ran from 1975 through 1979 on British television and has been shown in syndication nearly continuously since.
